what will happen when you stop the CRS on 12c RAC server?

when you shutdown the CRS resource on 12c RAC server the services will be down immediately on the below sequence.

1.CRSD
2.cluster verfication utility(CVU)
3.VIP ip's
4.SCAN listener
5.ASM
6.database
